Story Spinners Collaboration Workshop
Energizing, fun and inventive! Workshop participants come together to quickly create stories and build imaginatively on each others' ideas in a form of collaboration that leads to greater ingenuity; the result being greater than the sum of its parts. Then, learning to step into the shoes of the characters they create, they expand the ability to better see issues and challenges from multiple points of view.
If I Were You: Stepping Into Another's Shoes
A workshop course using imagination, curiosity and enhanced awareness to better understand the uniqueness of one's own point of view and the value of those of others. Participants interactively explore (through observation, investigation and deduction) what it might be like to be in another situation and to see life from another's perspective then learn how to bring these skills into everyday life professionally and personally.
If I Were You: Leadership
A workshop focusing on using increased empathy to see more clearly the potential talents of other members of a group, to see best how those talents can be employed for the greater accomplishment of goals, and to inspire the greater commitment and desire to excel that comes from being able to use one's abilities at the highest level.

Empathy & Conflict Resolution
A workshop course that guides participants in better understanding the value and possible sources of their own and other people's points of view and the adaptability needed in dealing effectively with those points of view for greater outcomes.
Also, building the skills needed to recognize and keep contained emotional responses that might otherwise interfere with good communication and solutions.
